The worst service in the history of streaming video. English language series and movies keep getting dubbed in other languages randomly. Customer service just responds in ridiculous ways ... like they can't understand English themselves.
The site itself is great. I got my subscription because I wanted to watch Yellowstone. The site is very well organized and has some info's or exclusive content. I had an issues with two account, one that I made with and error in the email by typing it wrong. I got to chat with a staff member Aastha and it was wonderful. Easy to talk to even tho English is a second language to me we could communicate. It had a translator when I text a sentence in Bulgarian Its translating to English without losing seance.
