They don't control billing through Google. If there's a problem, they refer you to Google. Google refers you to them. And so on and so forth, and you still don't have access to the content you paid for.

You did not do anything in regards to my issue, I only received an email saying you are more busy than usual. I will cancel my subscription as I cannot watch the shows as per the plan selected and with the official supported devices mentioned on your website.

Misspelled Mail

I signed up for a limited time offer for Sky Showtime, but in my rush I misspelled my mail. Due to a misspelling I couldn't acknowledge my mail and had to contact the company. As I received an answer the next day (Friday) I wasn't sure if the problem would be fixed right away. Sure, I was hoping but as I knew it were the end of the weekday I couldn't expect it. Due to the weekend, I had to wait for Monday to get my problem solved and when it came the problem was solved. I can only base my recommendation of this streaming service on the help and for that I give them top grade's.
