LG LED TVs lack 4K HDR compatibility

It's a shame that after a year, SkyShowtime still doesn't make its Premium option compatible with LG LED models; it's the only platform on the market that has excluded these models from its 4K HDR option. It's illogical.----Una lástima que después de un año SkyShowtime siga sin hacer compatible su opción Premium con los modelos LED de LG, es la única plataforma del mercado que ha excluido estos modelos en su opción 4K HDR. Es algo ilógico.----

A chatbot instead of a person at customer's deck will never do the job.

My opinion is not about the streaming service, which is acceptable, especially considering the monthly rate. I do not even mean the fact that there is no app for a desktop/laptop. I mean, and I DO MEAN dumb, hollow and shamelessly useless customer service. I asked a simple question if they would include higher seasons of a show. Instead of just telling me the truth that no, do not plan to do that, they threw a chatbot-generated response about understanding, about the higher seasons not being available (like I did not know that) and that I could watch other shows (like I did not see them available, did not see their auto-commercials at the beginning of anything I try to watch and like I was utterly dumb). Their corporate understanding of customer service and customer experience really hits the bottom.
