They keep charging a non authorized amount, despite several mails about this..Have to block my credit card.This company is playing games with the customers.Have not received my money back yet

Can’t even watch movies without having…

Can’t even watch movies without having to reconnect anytime. The connection is really bad with other devices and keeps losing connection in the middle of my movies or series. After only 4 days I canceled my premium account again.

Skyshowtime is bad, not worth the money

When they first started streaming in my country, the service had a promotional price with a guarantee clause that the price would not change for the duration of the contractual relationship. So, I kept the service and pay regularly even though it sucks and does not have any content worth paying for, but I am happy that such services exist in my country, and with my subscription I support their survival here. Well, Skyshowtime does not deserve that. Why? Bcs they simply started charging me a fee for skipping ads, without even asking me, or informing me about it, so I canceled the ad skipping service purely on principle. Now I am forced to constantly watch repetitive commercial for cosmetics and some powdered chick screaming every 10 minutes for 40 seconds, and also their commercials for series and movies that are years old, and they advertise them as if they had just been released in cinemas. Although they technically did not break the contract, they still violated my rights that are guaranteed to me by the contract. If I go to court with this the law of consumer protection will be on my side. But, nah, they are not worth it. Their content is boring, there are no new movies only few series per year but everything they put up for viewing can be found on streaming platforms - for free and without ads. These comments that says how service is great, customer support solved the problem, and the like, are fake comments and are written by people who are paid to write such things. I know this because I have worked with such people myself in my past. In short, Skyshowtime is garbage and not worth a single euro. I will cancel my subscription if the ads are not removed or at least skipable.

14 second unskipable ads on Premium account

SkyShowtime has introduced ads even for Premium accounts. Despite claiming that you will get an ad free experience, they label these ads as "promos" of their shows, which is total bullshit, because they are still unskippable ads that I don't want to see. And they force feed you these ads between each episode. What the hell kind of world has this come to that you pay for a Premium service so that you DON'T see ads, yet they simply label them "promos" and still show them.

I don't understand why

I don't understand why, in order to view SkyShowTime, I have to pay to Google. Google took my money for a canceled monthly subscription, while I pay an annual one too. Why I cannot pay directly to Sky ? How can I get rid of Google ?

Online help/chat not useful

I didn't get an answer to any specific question I asked. Only the ready-made answers like: "We do not support...", "We have already contacted the team...", "We are working on the problem...", "We are sorry for the inconvenience...", etc. I am a paying customer and wanted nothing more than to watch an episode of my favorite series on my PC.
