I've struggled with sleep issues for a while. I was constantly shifting trying to find the right position for my head, and waking up with neck pain every morning. The Kozi Pillow genuinely changed that for me. I finally found the right loft and firmness for my neck, and I've been falling asleep faster and waking up without the usual stiffness. On top of that, the customer service team was excellent, responsive and actually helpful. Really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone dealing with similar issues.

Recently bought this pillow after having some sleep issues and it was recommended to me by a friend. It’s really soft, adjusted easily to my neck, and easy to wash. I’ve also had significantly less neck pain since starting to use it and I’m excited to keep using it going forward!
The Kozi pillow is very good. I’ve tried many pillows, but this one really does the trick for me. UPS had some issues delivering my pillow, but Justin from customer support helped me out. Amazing customer support and very good pillow. 5 out of 5.

Customer service is outstanding! My order was lost in the mail so I contacted Kozi and they were able to confirm it was lost. They shipped a replacement pillow right away! I have tried many pillows recently due to neck and back pain and nothing has helped. I have been using the Kozi pillow for a few days now and my pain has greatly decreased. It doesn’t take me long to fall asleep and I sleep through the night. My pain has greatly decreased. The pillow is very comfortable and easily adjustable. I highly recommend the Kozi pillow!
