I ordered 5 pieces but I only got 4. When I asked where my last piece was they said it will come later because they didn't have it in stock.
We're now 2 months later, many mails later and I still haven't received anything.

The mattress itself is good to sleep on. But the package arrived with 2 layers of plastic cover. The inner layer was relatively clean than the outer layer which was heavily dirty. There was also a big hole in the layers but the mattress wasn't damaged. The guys dont deliver it to your room so if you are not on ground floor, give them a call to arrange something or keep that in mind.
