The website is tricking you to use a gmail email address log in to be to access free downloads, then after that you realised you have created an ccount on the website which you probably wouldn't want to in the first place. Pushy customer service and lock you to talk to them a service and review and have to talk to a person/robot! to beg then hoping to get your account removed. As of now I am still having an active account. THERE IS NO DELETE MY ACCOUNT BUTTON ON THE WEBSITE.
The willingness to help and customize the template for me was greatly appreciated. The only downside was that I was supposed to receive an email yesterday with the updated template, but never received it. I had to go back the next day and was provided with the template on the spot which was great.
As a lecturer I always need to find new and modern templates for students. I prefer Business templates, they are easy in use, and save my time in showing materials in a simple way.
