The product directions state the pump action will be difficult to get product to come out on the first use. 5 days into it and still an issue. 111 pumps to get two tiny squirts out! They have 30 day return policy. You need to email them and they want a video to process the request. Concealer 01 is really really dark.
I thought it was a scam with all the bad reviews. People saying they didn’t receive the item, didn’t get a refund and have not been able to contact them. It is a bit sketchy on the website and you aren’t really given any tracking information and it doesn’t show your order as existing for a while. The website does also say you can’t cancel after an hour or so of ordering. It must be touch and go as to whether you get the lash lift kit or not. I got mine after just over a week of waiting. There’s no issues with the product and it works considerably well! I’ve only given 4 stars because of the tracking issues as it’s a bit scary reading everyone’s reviews about being scammed and then you don’t have a clue if you’re getting something or if you’ve been scammed. I would recommend them though to anyone wanting their products ☺️
The Luxe Hair Growth serum was used for 3 months as directed. It worked well, however there is an issue with the bottle/dropper. The dropper is not long enough to reach the bottom of the bottle. As the level of the serum in the bottle decreases, so does the amount of serum in the dropper. There is no line on the dropper for the prescribed amount of serum. The serum drawn is variable - 2-3 partial dropper amounts to make one full near the end, then unable to get all serum out of the bottle.
They don’t work, and the company refuses to honor their so-called “satisfaction guarantee.” I’ve been going back and forth with them for over a month, and all they offer is store credit — not the full refund they promise. The product failed completely, and their customer service is just as bad. This company is not trustworthy. Save your money and stay awayupdate as you can see I am still getting the runaround with the company. In a private email I received the offering of a partial refund and store credit. I am still receiving their runaround and refusal to stand behind their full refund satisfaction guaranteed so once again do not waste your money or time with this fraud of the company.
