I am a very positive person, but Slots.lv has me feeling very negative these days. There is no enjoyment left with this online casino for me. It is frustrating that they seem unwilling to offer no-deposit bonuses or reward points, especially to VIP members who are consistent players. When I reached out, I was simply told to use the available deposit options.I do not like being forced to use my own money exclusively. I feel that after I have deposited my entire budget without any cash-outs, I deserve some complimentary playback time or a loyalty reward. The only win I ever seem to get on the scratch-offs is a minimal $10. Slots.lv, please stop being so greedy and take better care of your loyal customers. Thank you!!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE NO STARS IF I COULD AFTER FIVE YEARS THEY HAVE LOST THEIR DAMN MIND MY FORUM ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR NO REASON I REACHED OUT TO HAVE IT UNBLOCKED AND ASKED FOR COMPENSATION BECAUSE IT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED IN THE FIRST PLACE I SENT THE EMAIL TO THE MODERATOR EMAIL LIKE THEY TOLD ME TOO THREE DAMN DAYS TYPICAL FASHION NO RESPONSE AND WHAT THE HELL DO THE PAY THE GOT DAMN SUPERVISOR'S FOR DON'T BOTHER ASKING FOR ONE THEY HAVE A MILLION EXCUSES NOT TOO PATHETIC SCAM ARTIST FIRST RED FLAG SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO TELEPHONE NUMBER AND YOU CAN'T CALL BACK THE NUMBER THEY CALL YOU FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS WENT TO HELL THEY LET AGENTS TALK AND HANDLE YOU HOWEVER THEY WANT TO BUT THE MOMENT YOU GET ON THEY ASS THEY WANT TO BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT THE AGENT ERIK BRUSHED ME OFF THE AGENT I SPOKE TO AFTER HIM WASN'T ANY HELP EITHER HE LIED AND SAID I CAN'T SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR REGARDING COMPENSATION LIKE I DIDN'T TELL HIM TWO OTHER ISSUES THEN THE CHAT STARTS ACTING STUPID DURING OUR CHAT AND PRIOR TO THAT AGENT THE ONE BEFORE THAT ONE LEFT ME TALKING TO MYSELF FOR FIFTEEN MINUTES EVEN THOUGH IT CLEARLY STATED THAT THE AGENT HAS ENTERED THE CHAT AND I SENT SCREENSHOTS!!!!!!! Just make sure not to make two accounts and read all the rules and stuff on the account so you don't have any mishaps and you won't find a better casino!! I wish I could give zero stars. They are the absolute worst customer service shittiest casino slots are rigged and while I was playing my deposit, they disabled my account in the middle of my game and told me to wait 72 hours to figure it out.
