I made made my first 50 dollars deposit played for a considerate amount of time. I made my last withdrawl request and then woke up to a locked accoung and a canceled withdrawl. Okay I have a question, has anybody ever had this problem if so please help. I went to make a withdrawal from the casino and I had changed my number a while before that well it was just a temporary number so I didn't memorize it when I went to make the withdrawal they asked for kyc I've sent it like six times and they keep sending me emails saying they can't see it and I know that's not the issue. And they have disabled my account in the meantime. Keep in mind I've been with this casino a couple years and have made several withdrawals in the past.
