Complete Scam

First they did not inform me the fabric I chose was not in stock (Thomas Mason). I had to change fabric to a much lower tier Turkish mill. 5 weeks and no shirts and no response to my requests for an update. I have requested cancellation and refund - no response. Avoid this company. I can highly recommend Proper cloth or Camiceria Piccolo. Update: still no response, I have given them 7 days to deliver or refund, or I will initiate a chargeback through my credit card. Pretty shocking experience.

What a nonsense company

Ordered my shirt mid August. Since then nothing. No delivery, no communications. After I contacted CS I got this:------------We regret to inform you that production slowdowns are currently causing delays for all orders, including yours.We don't have a specific completion date at this time, but we estimate that we will complete it within the next 15 days.We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience.​Best regards,AlessiaCustomer CareAPPOSTA-----------After another missed date i contacted CS again and got this from the same person (or bot)--------Thank you for reaching out to us again. We currently do not have a specific completion date, and we apologize for the inconvenience. The shirt has been cut, but the stitching process has not yet begun. Horrible

Shortly put – pathetic.After contacting me twice to say the fabric I originally chose for my shirt was unavailable, they made me wait months without delivering my order. They ignored several of my follow-up emails for weeks. Only after I requested a refund through my bank did they finally reply—months later—telling me to “be patient.” I would not recommend this company to anyone. The dismissive attitude of their customer service is just the icing on the cake.
