Do not use, states charge of 10p will be taken however £50 was taken in total, nowhere was it stated clearly that tho would happen, support system is useless, money gone, lesson learnt the hard way, never use this website

It's a scam

It's a scam. Thought I was paying 10p for a test. No indication of setting up a monthly payment. Had to involve the bank as online cancelation is very difficult to complete. Avoid this site.

As happened to everyone else here

As happened to everyone else here, I thought I was just paying. 10p for results, but by chance I read the PayPal email that evening that said they'd be taking £49.99 the next day and then monthly! I couldn't believe it, talk about stressful! Anyway, I managed to stop all future payments to that company from PayPal and when I signed back into my smartiq account and checked payments it said in red that all future payments were stopped. I've learnt a big lesson.

Paid 10 pence for what was a poxy brief…

Paid 10 pence for what was a poxy brief IQ test, then got charged £49.90 the next day! How dare they con people in this manner! Scandalous!!! I'd give this site minus stars if I could. It's obviously a money grabbing scam! It serves only to create stress and distress rather than boost self esteem. I feel embarrassed rather than equipped with decent bragging rights down the pub!
