This place was very clean, which is my main concern when I rent a place. The location wasn’t my preference but we waited until a week before to get a place. Nice and quiet also.

Very nice rooms

Very nice rooms. Situated within short walking distance to numerous restaurants. Located midway on the island . Heading north or south less than an hour drive.

Condo and views

The condo was wonderful, and the views were stunning. We truly enjoyed the resort. The beds were cozy, and the condo was spotless. I would definitely return.

Beautiful room

Prince Kuhio 322 is 10 star condo

Prince Kuhio 322 is 10 stars! And so is Kauai Exclusive Management w it’s excellent communication for the BEST equipped place ever with beautiful views from the 2 balconies. Love the W/D, comfy furniture, lovely artwork, extra bathroom, TV that let us add our apps, gorgeous property, wonderful pool. Perfect location! Kauai Mgmt was in touch to offer any assistance we might need. We knew ahead about the stairs (no elevator) - the climb was worth it for this dream place! I have no suggestions for improvements -except, as others have mentioned, how about some potholders? 😊 Hands down: the BEST! Mahalo!

Room was amazing

Room was amazing! Great location, right on the beach, close to airport, and central to most of the things we wanted to do. Grocery store across the road with small shopping center to include the best shaved ice and Starbucks. Chairs, coolers, etc available in the office for rent.
