Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I placed an order on December 16 and paid an extra $17 for two-day shipping, expecting it to arrive before Christmas. However, it didn’t arrive until mid-January, and my attempts to reach out for assistance went unanswered. I sent multiple emails inquiring about a potential shipping refund, but received no response. The sweater I received was unfortunately one size too small, and again, I couldn't get anyone to assist me with an exchange or refund. I ended up ordering another sweater, putting me $200 out of pocket. I have no idea if I will get my money back for the original sweater once I attempt to return it, and I feel completely taken advantage of regarding the expedited shipping with no resolution in sight. I will never order from this service again.

Where is my product?

I placed an order back in November, and now that it's mid-December, I am still waiting. They only send generic replies when I inquire about delivery times. This might be a questionable retailer, so please be cautious. If you expect to receive your item within a couple of months, this may not be the best option for you.

Lack of communication and service

I ordered a hoodie on November 24 and received a confirmation but no delivery estimate. The confirmation stated I'd be notified when it shipped, but sixteen days later, I've heard nothing. I reached out about the issue, and the automated reply mentioned holiday shipping delays, which is why I ordered in November. Having purchased clothing at events, I'm used to their generally poor quality. I'm still waiting to assess this item.

Misleading customer service

We made an error with the invoice details. I immediately requested a change and was told I'd receive a new invoice after shipping. After receiving the item, I was informed this was not possible. I showed them their own email, but it didn’t help. I could have canceled the order and placed a new one with the correct details, which is very frustrating.

I've needed assistance from the support team on two occasions, usually regarding delivery issues or address mistakes. They are prompt, helpful, and friendly. Both matters were resolved quickly by a great representative! I'm incredibly grateful for their help in allowing me to support my favorite artists!

Steer clear

The shirt was made from cheap, thin fabric, and I had to pay £10 for tracked return shipping. They’ve had the return for a week and still no refund. They responded to one email saying they couldn’t find the return and have since ignored my messages. I'm initiating a chargeback through my bank. I won’t be using this service again, which is disappointing since many bands I like sell their merch here.

Low quality and unhelpful support

The quality of the shirt was subpar; the black dye leaked onto the white design with each wash. The customer service was terrible and outright refused to assist, providing no explanation for their lack of support.

No updates on my order

I ordered an item 10 days ago. I received a receipt with a tracking link, but it has shown 'preparing to ship' for the entire duration. There has been no further communication. When will it ship? I don't expect lightning-fast delivery, but I do expect updates. A simple note indicating it might take 7-10 business days to ship would be appreciated, especially since it's being sent via standard mail.
