I joined Smita’s maternity yoga sessions when I was around 14 weeks pregnant. Since this was my first pregnancy, I was initially confused and unsure about joining. But from our very first call, Smita explained everything so clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision.
Each session was thoughtfully designed and helped me stay active, calm, and emotionally connected with my baby. The breathing techniques and gentle exercises really prepared me both mentally and physically. The most beautiful part was learning how to connect and communicate with my baby—it felt truly magical.
Her childbirth and labor preparation class was extremely helpful, especially because she involved my husband and guided us through every stage with so much clarity and patience.
Today, after my normal delivery, I can honestly say these sessions helped me stay calm, confident, and fearless during labor. I’m truly grateful to Smita for making this journey so positive and empowering. 💛✨

Best coaching for smoother delivery

I was looking for a coach during my pregnancy and came across a news article about Smita’s journey and classes. I joined her offline prenatal yoga and Garbh Sanskar classes from my 5th month, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. My delivery was Normal.The sessions helped me manage emotional ups and downs while building physical strength. The weekly Inner Circle calls made me feel connected and reminded me that I was not alone. Smita’s activities and guidance helped build a positive mindset and boosted my confidence, especially during delivery when things were not ideal. She involved my spouse too in birth and labour classes. That was very very helpful to create bond between family.I highly recommend this course to every pregnant woman. The garbsanskar classes by Smita…

The garbsanskar classes by Smita Pradhan are to the point...they give you strength and confidence throughout pregnancy...labour and child birth prepare you for the final delivery day...I had body pains during pregnancy so classes helped me to deal with them and stay strong during pregnancy...even though this was my second pregnancy but I doubted myself for natural birth...these classes gave proper knowledge to delivery naturally because of which I could survive delivery day very gracefully...thank you so much

I would highly recommend Smita Garbhasanskar classes.The coursework she designed and follow builds the confidence in every pregnant women to give the best baby and makes mom mentally strong and proud throughout this journey. Can’t thank Smita enough for all the support and guidance she has given throughout my pregnancy journey…I would highly recommend her Garbhasanskar classes. Great prenatal yoga experience

Hello Smita I just wanted to thank you for all your support and guidance during my pregnancy journey.. your yoga and garbha sanskar made me feel confident and it was such a relaxing time.. You are very friendly and whenever I had any kind of doubts you would always give a solution.. your labour and child birth class gave me confidence that even I can give birth naturally because I was very scared of natural birth as I heard it will be very painful.. after attending the class I trusted my body and I gave birth naturally on 5th September .. it was such a amazing journey and I was fully active throughout my pregnancy.. Garbhasanskar classes

Hi. I had nice experience with Smita ma'am wherein I took classes with ma'am for the 6th-7th month of my pregnancy. I stayed at home and could do all my yogas, meditation and womb connection and could manage it alongside work because of Smita ma'am's assistance.
