Product is VERY poorly made and no refund.

The product I received was VERY poorly made with a rough, uneven acrylic top and bottom on the tube. Less of an issue but indicative of the poor quality control is the giant logo sticker was crooked. Then I was further aggravated when the company said they would not provide a refund. I had used the item once before noticing the quality issue so it could not be returned.
