The product quality is excellent, and the ordering process was very straightforward.
It's hard to believe that for a store that operates solely online, customers are required to cover the costs of their own exchanges. Additionally, if an item is no longer on sale, you can't simply exchange it; you're forced to pay the price difference. This is very disappointing.
