The conversational messaging feels fun, and it is done well; the disappearing messages make it convenient for users' privacy. That said, I have a problem with the premium subscription cause it doesn't fully justify the price. The extra features added are nice, but not enough to justify the cost.

Disappointing Changes to the App

This app feels like a scam, requiring payment for everything now. It wasn't like this in the past, and I really dislike how it has evolved. Having to pay to access memories accumulated over the years is frustrating. I genuinely hope the service fails. If the management doesn't implement changes soon, they risk losing everything. It's incredibly disappointing that things have reached this level. I urge everyone to uninstall this app to express our dissatisfaction!

Why charge us for our own memories? It's completely absurd. There's really no reason to use the service anymore since that was its main appeal. If they expect me to pay for my own data, then it's goodbye for me. Just greedy profit-seekers.

Sudden Charges for Memories Are Disheartening

I had cherished photos from friends, family, and my girlfriend stored for years, and now I’m being asked to pay just to keep them? I had to remove everything because I refuse to pay to retain my own memories. The service is turning into a money trap, which is genuinely disappointing. Now it costs €6 a month… that adds up to over €70 a year. Not everyone can afford to spend money online, particularly kids.

Purchasing storage is incredibly frustrating.

Having to purchase storage is the most frustrating decision this app has made. I've spent the entire day trying to download my photos, and they complicate the process unnecessarily. I would rather delete the app altogether; I've only kept it for my memories. Once I finish downloading, it will be uninstalled. There's nothing about this app that justifies spending money.
