They charged my credit card for $250 of light switches and wouldn't cancel my order after 2 requests and 6 weeks of no delivery. Twice they said it would be"2 weeks", which came and went. The other times they didn't even respond. The second time I told them to cancel, they mailed it the day after.
These guys are a joke, they have some great, well polished marketing but do not deliver on any of their promises, in other words, "Kevin" is full of crap. They have nothing in stock, and after I submitted my $5,000 order and after their many promises of same business day shipping I get an email saying all my products are 10-15 day order and they suggest I should just cancel my order. Don't waste your time.

Ordered items shown as “in stock” on their website. The next day I got an email saying there was a 10 day lead time on my order. They seem to misrepresent the state of their inventory in the hopes that you won’t cancel your order. Don’t waste your time. Reward businesses that conduct themselves honestly.
Buy Rite is a good company with responsive emailing. The issue is not their fault however they had the product shipped directly from the manufacturer. A warning for others the manufacturer Nora lighting, does not ship their products protected at all. @ Nora Lighting I spent $1000 dollars for ceiling can lights. They shipped them very poorly with little protection. More than half of them arrived dented and damaged. They should know better to better protect expensive merchandise to their customers. Complete waste of money! I wish I could attach pictures to this review.
Order twice from this website, first time I ordered 5 of the same part. Recieved what was obviously used parts. There were pieces missing form 2 of the parts and a couple of the others looked old and oxidized. Second time I emailed them and asked to add an additional item to one of the pieces. Was told they would then they said they couldn't without any explanation. Then they said they were going to cancel the entire order when I pressed them for an explanation. Then a week later they said they were shipping it.
