I purchased six books as a Christmas gift for my wife. Upon opening them this morning, two were completely blank, and another had some blank pages. The ones that included photos had them poorly cropped, with heads missing or partially cut off, despite other parts of the originals that could have been left out, like the ground in front of feet. I am very frustrated and deeply disappointed. I recommend seeking alternatives!
I'm extremely disappointed with the service! I ordered holiday cards two weeks ago, and they arrived misprinted. I contacted the support team, and they offered to reprint at no extra charge. I would expect nothing less! I did everything right; my proof was accurate before placing the order. They did refund my $15 shipping fee since the cards won't arrive in time for the holiday. The new cards arrived today, and they're still printed incorrectly. No one is available today, so now I must wait until after the holiday just to get a refund. Poor customer service and very frustrating!
Wish there was an option for 0 stars! I ordered my husband's most requested Christmas gift, a custom calendar, on 12/9. It took several hours to design, and cost me $20.89. I didn’t log in, assuming Snapfish would be sending a confirmation email. Nope! Radio silence! However, my bank records show they indeed took my $20. Finally on 12/19 I decided to try and contact "customer support". And, like others have mentioned, there is no one live to speak to, only "live agents" in chat, giving infuriatingly canned responses, and empty promises of sending you an email with the resolution. I took it to the Better Business Bureau, and have a complaint active with them. I'm hoping the BBB can help me retrieve the wasted money; Safe to say I will NEVER use Snapfish again!!
I wish I could give zero stars! This has been the worst customer service experience! I ordered 40 Christmas cards with expedited shipping, spending over $60! When they arrived, the last card in the stack had a huge chunk missing! A proper quality check would have identified this issue. Now, the support team is offering me product credit as a 'one-time courtesy,' but I still don't have all the cards I paid for and no refund. This is ridiculous! AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS SERVICE!
I purchased photo tiles during a Black Friday promotion claiming 60% off, buying around 13 of them. I applied the discount code, which reflected in my cart, bringing the total to $78. However, upon finalizing the purchase, I was charged $180. I immediately reached out via email but received no response. I tried the chat support, but I got disconnected three times. They asked for the discount code, which I couldn't recall as I hadn't saved it. They insisted they couldn't assist without it. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but that request was denied, and then the chat was cut off. I have screenshots of these conversations. Due to the poor customer support, I won't consider purchasing from them or similar companies in the future.

Extremely poor customer support. I faced issues with my order, and the assistance I received was shockingly inadequate. They first claimed I had no account, then said shipping would take two weeks, and finally couldn't locate my order. I wasted hours trying to fix what should have taken minutes. Avoid this service; they don't deserve your patronage, no matter how low their prices are.
