I’ve been using this company since 2019 without any issues. Their customer support is always helpful. Recently I forgot to cancel a number before its annual renewal. When I reached out after the renewal had already gone through, they were kind enough to refund me for the year. Many other companies would have insisted I agreed to pay for the year, and made it difficult to get a refund, but they handled it fairly and I really appreciate that.
