Mistake in puzzle selection and limited support

I chose the wrong puzzle. The only support available is via email, which isn't very responsive. I became anxious about not receiving a timely correction, so I submitted another request to cancel the order. Ultimately, they can only refund 10% of your payment.

Customer service disaster

The customer service is a disaster, showing no interest in the client. I had to wait over a month for my refund (150€). The items are decent, but the effort I had to put in to get my money back is embarrassing for a brand that sells expensive clothing. This will be my last order here.

Reliable company

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I ordered three pairs of shoes on September 30, and they all arrived by October 5. Everything went smoothly, no issues.

Shipped without proper import info

I ordered online, and they shipped without the correct import details. The package is stuck in customs, and I'm unable to get it released. Customer service has been unhelpful. I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Shirt shrank, no response from support

I bought two shirts of the same model in different colors. One shrank significantly after one wash, despite following the care instructions. I never got to wear it. I reached out with photos, but haven't received any response.

Sweatshirt sizing issue

The sweatshirt I received in faded green fits like a dress. The sizing is ridiculous. How can they sell this, knowing it's not consistent with their other sweatshirts? Very dissatisfied.

Unhelpful staff experience

I fell off my bike near this store and went in to buy a plastic bag to gather my belongings. The staff member showed no empathy and refused to sell me a bag. I asked to buy a candle or something to get a bag, and she 'radioed' someone without any polite interaction. I was wearing items from that same store, which is why I felt comfortable going in. I definitely won't be returning.
