The customer service is a disaster, showing no interest in the client. I had to wait over a month for my refund (150€). The items are decent, but the effort I had to put in to get my money back is embarrassing for a brand that sells expensive clothing. This will be my last order here.

I fell off my bike near this store and went in to buy a plastic bag to gather my belongings. The staff member showed no empathy and refused to sell me a bag. I asked to buy a candle or something to get a bag, and she 'radioed' someone without any polite interaction. I was wearing items from that same store, which is why I felt comfortable going in. I definitely won't be returning.
