I ordered from Snobodi months ago (9th July 2025) and still haven’t received my package. Their so-called “tracking” is useless and hasn’t updated in ages. Communication from them is a complete load of crap — generic excuses, no real answers, and no accountability.For a company based in Australia shipping to New Zealand, this delay is beyond a joke. I’ll never order from Snobodi again and would strongly warn others not to waste their money or time.
Very poor service. Website promised 5–8 business day dispatch, but after waiting 10 business days with no update, I was told it would take another 10 days because items were actually out of stock. No notification was ever given, and a refund was refused. Misleading, unprofessional, and disappointing
Would give zero if I could. Ordered in June for a mid July drop. We’re now mid august. Comments on their socials have been deleted asking about delivery dates and delays and so far the only people who seem to get gear are their models and brand ambassadors.
No reply and no returns. Offered to pay $100 to return an unused, unopened and untouched item but no reply. I can't imagine the margins on this kind of product. Looks fine but not worth the $379. Perhaps worth $100. Will not shop here again. I will avoid at all costs.I dug a little deeper and I found this product on alibaba for $110. It looks a lot like this one for $429So we feel a little ripped off.
