Review Time
Purchased a hoodie on the 8th November as there advertised for cold weather and rain and such. Paid for the faster shipping method. It's been 10 days almost and still hasn't been shipped. Complained to them and they said they had an "influx" of orders but haven't put this anywhere on their site. I wouldn't of ordered if I'd of known as I need it for my holiday on the 21st. Asked for a refund as it hasn't been shipped and they refused. Going to see if I can take it further but this company are a joke.
Placed order on 29-10-2025 and payed extra to get it shipped now. Week passed heard nothing, saw nothing… The order didn’t arrived.. I wrote an email to seek for some answers- no response. What an unprofessional service. Would be nice to have it as promised shipped when I ordered… I still hope I’ll get my order and this review will serve its purpose as learning lesson to SNOBODI.
SCAM SCAM SCAM do not buy from this company . they will take your money & state your get your delivery sometime in the future !! I feel pretty stupid that I've been suckered in on this, normally very cautious . Don't waste your money, go to a reputable business .Here I am nearly 4 weeks later , no hoodie , no comms , nothing !! They have blocked me to stop what they said orginally scam reviews , trust me this isn’t one .
This is such an amazing product. It has already been used by me and the kids in the Scottish snow! The company are great, really responsive when messaged and ship out really quickly from literally the other side of the world. Definitely recommend
This business advertises products as “in stock” and “ready to ship”, yet weeks after placing my order I had still not received a dispatch notice. When I requested an update, they admitted to a backlog of 7–14 business days. I attempted to cancel my order because the delay rendered it useless—something I would never have purchased had I known upfront. Customers are entitled to receive goods within a reasonable timeframe, particularly when charged extra for “in stock” items and express shipping. My request for cancellation and refund was refused.Despite this, the company continues to list items as “in stock” and “ready to ship”, which in my experience does not reflect the actual delivery timeframe.I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and will also be raising this matter with other relevant regulatory bodies.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Snobodi. Consumers should look to businesses that are transparent, and reliable.
Been a month and not even packed the hoodies for shipping spend just under $300 nzd. When asked they said they were behind on stock but still advertising like they have stock. Asked for a refund or a estimated date of arrival and no reply.
