Review Time
Had a couple of problems with their Snoozeband deluxe.
The first product turned blue when charged the first time turned out to be faulty.
Soon had a replacement that I thought it was faulty. Contacted Snoozeband with evidence and they gave me advise how to reset it but never mentioned that it took several days for the battery to drain out. After letting the battery drain out over several days to recharge it it finally worked.
Got back in touch with evidence to Snoozeband that the item is up running and working. But haven't heard from Snoozeband since.
Replied back to Snoozeband stating how igorant they are by not replying back to my emails.
The products that I have received from Snoozeband that the first one was actually faulty the other one took a long time to work. Snoozeband will get sick and tired of you sending multiply emails complaining about their faulty products they won't answer you back via email.
Never buy direct from a company because they have no contact number and only contact via emails and it would be harder for you to send back. Buy from retailers such as Argos because when it breaks down you can send straight back to Argos.
I had this brought for me at Christmas as id been wanting one for ages and to start with it really didn't disappoint. The sleep mask was comfy, the Bluetooth speakers worked perfectly and it really helped with my sleep.
However, after a month and half of wearing it nightly (as of writing this review mid Feb), the velcro at the back of the band has already completely worn away and now the mask is unusable without falling off. This is such a shame as the mask is great apart from this, but considering the price, I can't recommend it when it will only last a couple of months. If this could be sorted, or if ive just unfortunately got a dud, I would highly recommend as it is great, minus the velcro issue.
I purchased this snooze 2.0 for my husband just before Christmas 2025 as he suffers from Tinitus and he couldn't sleep. This is amazing. Not only does he get a good night's sleep, he isn’t so tired anymore. He only got diagnosed with tinnitus less than a year ago and he was suffering, so this is a really good buy. He can comfortably sleep on his side, back or front and still get a good night's sleep. He plays music mostly but I cannot hear him as a lay next to him so that is another plus for this model. I will be buying one for my daughter very soon.
I initially chose these for falling asleep while enjoying murder mysteries without disturbing my husband. Now, I use them for all my household chores since they stay in place and are incredibly comfortable. I previously used larger headphones for activities like vacuuming or gardening, but they often caused discomfort behind my ears when wearing glasses. Now, it's pure bliss! The sound quality is outstanding!
This product has been a disappointment. It failed after just one month, and with only 30 days since purchase, we couldn't return it. It was too late to get assistance from the payment service. I strongly advise against this product. We found a different model that works much better, and it functions perfectly. We reached out via email to report the issue but received no response for five days, causing us to miss the return window. When we finally got a reply after following up multiple times, it was confusing. We are not tech experts; if this product is meant for specialists, it should be made clear before purchase. It’s now in the bin where it belongs. This product may suit some, but it’s definitely not for the general public.
I purchased the deluxe band for my 11-year-old son who has ADHD and has been having trouble sleeping. He adores it, and I believe the calming sounds and tracks about self-love and anxiety will really help. He even set his phone aside at 6 PM to listen to it! Plus, it arrived the day after I ordered.
The customer support was outstanding, and the sleep band I bought in black is very comfortable with its eye attachments. The sound quality from the speakers is fantastic. Overall, it's a great item, and I would definitely buy more for family and friends.
Incredibly comfortable with great sound quality and no noise for others nearby. I received a different brand as a gift, but it was uncomfortable and too tight. After researching, I decided to invest in this sleep band for myself, and it's been excellent. It's adjustable, fits securely, and has zero sound leakage, which is perfect for meditating next to someone sleeping. It connects quickly to my phone, unlike my previous Bluetooth headphones. Overall, a fantastic purchase.
I must say, this is a game changer if you have a partner who snores. It’s simply amazing! Last night, our house alarm went off for 30 minutes, and I didn’t even hear it. Comfortable to wear while sleeping. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a feature that shows the remaining battery life.
