Should be prosecuted for fraud. Specifically went to turbo tax, clicked "no thank you" when sdusa popped up. Thought that would be it, but after I paid with a CC, their name is all over 5 or more emails saying I bought their "service". Feel like it's a total scam. Now they signed me up for reoccurring subscription, now there will be unwanted legal problems, as I don't let this crap slide.
Gosh! I was so frustrated that I could not download my TurboTax Business, because of error 607. But when I got Zim on the phone, everything was done in minutes. I really appreciate his quick and professional help and courtesy.
Sam was most helpul and courteous in getting me set up on my compouter with the three purchases I made for tubotax years 2022, 2023, and 2024. I was having difficulty downloading and am very pleased with the fine assistance I received. Thank you, Sam!

I waited until tax extension deadline day, which was my fault. I had an issue with an invalid activation code, from my software purchase from Software Discount USA made SIX months prior. I was able to reach a LIVE agent, Zim, who was SPECTACULAR!!! He waited for the download process, issued a new, valid key, and made SURE I was not having a heart attack without the software. He was totally awesome. This level of HUMAN support is why I will continue to purchase from Software Discount USA.
I just purchased MS Office 2024 from Software Discount USA. The purchase went smoothly, and I felt the price was appropriate. I couldn't, however, figure out how to download it. The seller provided all the information I needed including a support phone number. I called the number and spoke with Sam who spent a lot of time helping me.
