Was skeptical to order because of mixed reviews and seemingly too good to be true pricing. Even the robot (Ai) told me not to order, condemning this to be a phantom inventory scheme. We are talking 20% lower pricing than Newegg, B&H, & Amazon ($3,199.99 item). This item sells for more as used and loose on eBay, so how could I not be skeptical. Yet I gave Wamatek a try, first time ordering from them, was for the ASUS ROG NUC 2025 w/ RTX 5080. I was paranoid that my order wouldn't ship and it would take opening a chargeback to resolve, or that the wrong config would be sent (cheaper config to justify the significantly lower pricing), or that I would be confronted to pay a balance for the real pricing. I told them to cancel if this was a phantom inventory scheme, and they responded same day stating that the item was showing as in stock and would ship soon. They shipped 2 business days later (free shipping) and the item was exactly as expected. Correct configuration, matching model number, and new, factory sealed in original retail packaging. I guess they just choose to work on a much thinner margin. Much appreciated, positive feedback very much deserved here.
Phone was great. In good condition. You can see the marks where it was taken apart all the way around it. Shipping took longer than was thought. The battery life was at 86%. Other than that the phone is great! Just do all of the updates and the phone works as it should.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order for chips that was confirmed and later showed “preparing to ship.” After the order was accepted, I was told by customer service that the price had increased, and shortly after, the order was canceled without my authorization.
The information I received from different representatives was inconsistent, and the cancellation occurred even though the website still indicated available stock or equivalent items. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this reasonably, no solution was offered.
I have since filed a formal complaint to document the situation. This was not a good customer experience, and I would advise others to be cautious.
Customer's service is exceptional. Great quality phones at the good price. Bought a A16 there to gift my daughter at Christmas and she loved it. Waited till today cause I wanted to see how the phone worked. I can assure you, it's great!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. Right after receiving my phone, I discovered it was defective. I struggled to find an email address for a refund or to request a replacement. I even had to contact my lawyer to obtain the email, but then I couldn’t get through. I wasted over $500. I will make sure to advise all my friends to avoid ordering from this seller.
