Misleading delivery information—4-8 days means more like 4-8 weeks, if at all. I haven't received my order and don't expect to either. I didn't realize when I ordered that the items are shipped from China, which is another costly lesson. Always check the origin of your goods, as ordering from China can be risky.
Avoid placing orders; my order has been pending since December 8th, and the tracking update from the postal service says it's still awaiting details. Customer service is unresponsive; I've sent multiple emails and a message via social media. I've paid for the order, but there's been no delivery.
These are fantastic to wear under pants or with a skirt/dress for added warmth without making you look larger; they resemble regular tights. Most would find them a good fit, and they maintain their shape well. As someone who tends to be cold even at 72 degrees, I can wear these comfortably at home during colder months. I haven't had them long enough to comment on their durability, but I believe they'll hold up well. The price is excellent, especially for two pairs.
The videos are extremely misleading. You won't get what you asked for and it'll be terrible quality. Not to mention it takes over a month to get here and they have a 30 day refund policy from the date of the receipt so by the time you've realized how poor quality they are you can't even get a refund. Disgraceful.
I don’t normally write reviews but felt I should for this one. I was slightly concerned after ordering and reading the reviews on here so immediately contacted customer service who I must say were quick to respond and reassured me items had been shipped. Items did take 2 weeks to arrive as coming from china but when the socks arrived they were of good quality.
Avoid this company. NOT London based, should have known with the discounts! Still waiting on order. Customer service a joke, agreed if order not received by 17th December full refund, this has not happened as "order in transit!"DEFINITELY DO NOT ORDER GOODS FROM THIS COMPANY
Didn’t read reviews before ordering. I ordered 5 pairs of the socks, they did take a while to arrive (I’d actually forgotten I’d ordered them took so long) but they arrived and I love them, warm and look great with my boots so very happy with them
