Horrible experience as a first time silver buyer and first experience buying precious metals. They offered a first time buyer deal of five 1 oz silver rounds on spot price. I called my CC provider that I was going to make that purchase since it is my first time experiencing this. I placed my order since it seem like it was a good time to buy for me. Now that the the spot price went up they canceled my order and refunded my CC after it had already had been charged. Now they're giving me a time frame to send them cash. I tried calling customers service but no one answers no one calls back.
I would agree with most the other negative reviews regarding their shipping and verification process. It leaves lots to be desired. Quick to take the money VIA E check but then sits in their verification que for a week, even after they have verified it sits waiting for shipping.
This is the company to beat! Although minor issues do come up,they resolve the issue and drive in with good ethics and performance (shipping time) . I give em 5 stars even as I'm awaiting over 5k in transit from them! 👍👍👍👍👍Good job ,almost a decade running now between us! Thank you, George at perfectcoinsinc
These clowns must be from the Biden DEI era. Yes, I have bought coins from them before and like other reviews the shipping was SLOW. But I placed an order this week and found out how really bad they SUCK. I learned they are a few penny's CHEAPER then other bullion dealers it's NOT worth the savings. I placed an order and e-check used one of my accounts I used for personal use. As an older man I don't carry my phone with me or look at my e-mails regularly. The next day I see a 32.00 dollar NSF charge on my checkbook. Received an e-mail from monument. NO phone call. I had the same problem with Bullion Exchange. They were Very professional, and we resolved the issue quickly. NO NSF charge. I called Monument and the customer service; I explained the situation and was told the order was going to be processed. Everything was O.K. Then the next day another 32.00 NSF charge. The next day another e-mail saying they tried to put it through again. Now after 2 attempts anyone with any sense would figure out maybe somethings wrong and make a phone call. But NO. I guess MR. Lee doesn't know how to use a phone. He tried to put through again. Finally, I called customer service, and the discussion did not end well. The lady really got offended when I told her about how Bullion Exchange handled the issue. I deleted my account and cancelled the order after sending an e-mail to monument . You would think Someone would have called to see if they could make it right, But NO. I'll NEVER use them again I'll pay more for Professional service.
I've been 'stacking' for several years and found MM to be at the top of the industry. eCheck processing has been flawless since the start. They don't have everything, but have the best prices on almost everything they have in stock. have purchased silver and gold bullion, coins and 'junk silver.' Once eCheck clears orders have been expedited through shipping.
They’re very aggressive with their condition of Coins. I have received culls that were supposed to be VG+, when a silver dollars had a hole in the top where someone put it on a chain that is not a very good or better Coin. Their prices are a little better than everyone else but the fact that they over grade their Coins that’s where they’re making their money. Let @max or Provident Coins fill your order. You’ll pay a couple pennies more but you’ll get what you ordered. The last crappy order I got was about three weeks ago.
They are petty. Ordered secondary 5 oz band they sent me element bars that were a $25 less per bar so I could have bought 45 oz bars of elements for less money $45 less money to be exact then I paid for the second dairy market bars these people are garbage do not buy from them the Reviews are fake!! I spent $8000 and they sent me 5 oz bars that were worth less money than what I paid for Secondary bars ! people go to Bullion exchange or somebody else. I would not trust these people ! $8000 and they ripped me off $33 they sent me out of 40 bars they sent me 30 element bars that are a $1.25 less than the secondary market bar straight scumbags.
Attempted to make a purchase of metals and even received a confirmation number and was later informed of a "suspicious transaction" via email. When I called Monument Metals I was told credit card processer canceled order for any variety of reasons. I was offered to pay by check or money order and declined. Waste of time.
I am really happy with the Monumental Metals purchasing experience. I comparison shop and they are always the best bang for your buck. They package your precious metals with great care, and it shows. Maybe not the largest dealer, but to me, the most customer service conscious. Kudos.
