I've ordered 5X now. Every time my shipment goes out, it ships the day after I submit payment. Always in an insulated box with cold packs and always overnight UPS, including Saturday Delivery. I've always received the correct dose and all the supplies needed.

Wish I could give it a zero. They don’t understand a basic prescription. They won’t accept prescriptions from all prescribers. They didn’t process prescription for 72 hours after charging card and then it takes another 72 hours in transit according to them. And they refuse to cancel the order. More worthwhile to pay more at a regular pharmacy, they are completely incompetent. There is no one to talk to who seems to be able to resolve the issue and meanwhile I’m out $500 with no meds

Frustrating Experience with Shipments

I have been a customer since February 2025, and while I've had some positive interactions, the recent experiences have been disappointing. The last two shipments arrived without any refrigeration, despite the insistence that my medication must be kept cold. After speaking with various representatives, I received scripted responses claiming my medications were safe to use. Here in Georgia, we don't typically experience winter temperatures, which adds to my concern. Although the price has decreased, it raises questions about the safety of receiving medications without proper refrigeration. I was assured the vials were fine, but what other options do I have? The suggested local pickup isn't feasible for me, and I already pay extra to have my prescriptions sent to a nearby store. I've shared my concerns, and the company is aware of the situation. With recent high temperatures, I can only hope for better conditions with my next order.

Gift Health Shouldn't Exist

This service feels like a scam! I don’t understand why another provider would partner with Gift Health. They never fulfilled my prescription. Their customer support is awful, giving me different answers every time I reached out. I finally had my prescription sent to a local pharmacy where it was filled within hours!

Started Strong, But Declined Fast

At first, they were prompt with medication delivery, but the past two months have been a nightmare. I order well in advance, pay for my prescription, and although it’s meant to be overnight, it’s been weeks late. If you miss their delivery window, they send it back and won’t reship until they receive it. Customer service is no help at all.

Unacceptable Accountability

This service has the worst accountability I've ever encountered. I received a defective batch of medication, and despite five months of good experience, this last batch was ineffective. There were no replacements offered, just a dismissal of my concerns. It’s frustrating that a profitable company can’t take responsibility for a bad product. I’m opting for a different provider.

Far from Excellent

My first delivery went smoothly, but the second was sent to the wrong address, forcing me to reorder. The third shipment arrived missing essential items, and my recent attempt to have it delivered to a local store resulted in nearly three weeks without my medication. It's just a complete disaster.

Terrible Support for Damaged Shipments

Support has been horrendous regarding a damaged shipment. After contacting them at my provider's request to arrange a new shipment, it’s been two weeks with no resolution. Hold times exceed 20 minutes, and there’s a complete lack of accountability.
