Item hasn't arrived after 19 days

Item hasn't arrived after 19 days. Tracking doesn't seem to be updating. When I ordered the shipping said 4-8 days standard shipping. Not very impressed with this company.

Scam!

Scam!! Money taken but never recieved the product. Been a month so far. Wont refund you. So basically stealing people's money.
