I was dubious about going to Bedworld due to some bad reviews but I'm so glad I took the chance now. The gentleman who helped us couldn't of been more helpful and explained everything numerous times and was very pleasant and patient. My order isn't due until next week but I don't foresee any issues so far. Thank you very much for all your help yesterday.
Honestly, I wouldn't even rate this company with one star. The products are poorly constructed; the ottoman collapses, which poses a safety risk. After just a few weeks, the mattress has sagged, suggesting it might be recycled. The customer support is terrible, and I wish I could share photos as evidence.
