I have bought quite a few sets of SolaGarden lights and I am clearly not stopping anytime soon. My 93 year old Mum loves them as well. They line the path outside her house and make it much safer if she happens to get home late at night.
And Paul’s customer service is second to none. If there were a 10 star option I would be giving it faster than the lights pop on at dusk.
I'm absolutely in love with these lights! I initially bought one set, then two, and finally three within just two months. They emit a lovely soft golden hue, unlike the harsh bright white of many solar lights. This creates a warm and inviting atmosphere in my space. The support I received was exceptional; I had a small issue with a charger, and the team fixed it within 24 hours. Now I'm contemplating where to place the fourth set in my garden!
These solar-powered lights are fantastic for brightening up the backyard! We chose the festoon style, which offers the ideal size and brightness, and they feel quite durable. I also appreciate that the panel has a USB-C charging option for days with less sunlight. Initially, the lights wouldn’t turn on after installation, even with a fully charged panel, so I was concerned there might be a connection issue. I reached out to the support team and received a quick and helpful reply, even on New Year’s Day. They suggested covering the solar panel or turning it upside down when pressing the ON/OFF button, as the built-in sensor prevents the lights from activating during the day. I wasn’t aware of that! Sure enough, the issue was resolved and the lights functioned perfectly. Thanks for the excellent customer support! As a small recommendation, it could be beneficial to include some troubleshooting tips in the package, especially for less tech-savvy users like myself. Other than that minor setback, I’m very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely buy from this service again.
