I want this to be a 5 Star, but I ordered the ST90 on January 25, only to have the machine not turn on upon delivery. The company has sent out 2 separate repair shipments, but neither has fixed the product, and now the earliest it can be fixed is apparently March 17, although the repairmen has noted that he doesn't think the issue lies within the replacement parts sent based on his experience. I have requested a replacement product since we're 31 days in and don't have a working product, but have not heard back. Phone support has noted there is nothing they can do other than to direct me to the online support team to try to get a fix. I just want a working device and if I get one I would love to make this a 5 star review, but we're a month out with another month until it MAY be fixed, and for a $4,000 treadmill this whole experience is just wholly unacceptable.
We just recently purchased our second F80 Treadmill. the first one was fine. the second one came- worked for one day- and then gave us an error code. So far we've been waiting over three weeks for a "technician" to come and look at our treadmill. Pretty close to a month now. That's an unacceptable business practice. My one star rating is primarily for customer service.
Bought a Sole Elliptical 95. First month very frustrated with glitchy screen, nothing seemed to work reliably, work-outs stopped for no reason. Contacted Sole and they immediately arranged to replace the console. That was good. Unable to use machine for a few weeks while this was accomplished. Once replaced, still found the media interface clunky so called to find out what I was doing wrong. Advised that it was not possible to start watching a show and then begin workout. Told that I must start my workout, then log onto a streaming service, choose something to watch and turn it on. This would take five minutes of my workout time. Hooking up headphones is also a frustration. Call Center polite but unhelpful regarding headphones. Finally just gave up on using media altogether. Using my iPad and headphones now. Happy with the workouts themselves but would never recommend buying this machine for the media interface.
I had a really positive customer service experience with Sole Fitness. The motor on my treadmill (4 years old) started making a loud whining noise, so I recorded a short video and sent it to their support team. Within a couple of days they responded and shipped out a replacement motor without any hassle.

I bought an F63 treadmill in 2022. The speed it ran at was never anywhere near accurate and it would occasionally come to an abrupt and dangerous halt. I called customer service and they sent me a new motor controller for me to fix the machine. I installed it and the same things kept happening but the frequency of dangerous, rapid stops increased over time. I called customer service again and they told me to lube the belt more, so I did. Same thing kept happening. Call them back again... This time they want to send me a motor to replace but claim the rest of the machine is out of warranty. I believe the first time I called it was under warranty but I've now been strung along as a sole treadmill maintenance guy so long that it's no longer under warranty. Awesome. I'm not fixing their terrible and dangerous machine any more. I would not recommend you buy this machine. It is dangerous and unpredictable.
As Diane stated in her 1/5 review, if I could I would give a zero rating for this equipment and for Sole Fitness customer service! We purchased an ST90 treadmill for over $3700 the end of December 2025 only to have it delivered out of the box not functioning. We contacted support within 48 hours as we received the treadmill on a Saturday and their offices were closed. Tech support (two different people) told us that we would need to have a third party technician come out to diagnose the problem of which they could not give us a time or date as to when they could come since we would be the one contacting the technician. We elected to replace the bottom console ourselves (which as Diane stated in her review), looked as though it was just thrown in the box with bubble wrap and a handwritten part number written on the part. My husband and I replaced the part and we still received the safety key error not detected. We were told on two separate occasions via tech support, that it is standard procedure that Sole Fitness receives the equipment from the factory (not sure if this is true for all their equipment maybe just the ST90), takes it out of the box, puts it together to makes sure it works, then takes it apart only to put it back in the box before shipping it to the customer. Now does that make any sense? Wouldn't you check the functioning of the equipment at the factory before putting it in the box? We contacted Sole Fitness via email to have an RMA, as we no longer trust the machine or the company. They stated that we must pay for the shipping and pick up fee as well as the restocking fee, even though Sole Fitness failed to provide us with a brand new functioning treadmill. We are willing to pay for the shipping and pick up, but we DO NOT believe that we should have to pay the $370 restocking fee as we did not receive a functioning piece of equipment. We want this treadmill out of our home. Sole Fitness states on their website under the RMA that one must pay the restocking fee for ANY reason, but how do we know what the reason is when we have never been able use it. WE DO NOT WANT A REFURBISHED MACHINE repaired with parts from who knows where. We entered into a contract that we were purchasing a new ST90 not one with replacement parts. We hope Sole Fitness does the right thing and refunds our $4600 minus the shipping and pick up fees.
After you buy the Sole Fitness LCR recumbent bike, you realize that you cannot write a review about it easily. That was the first red flag. After the painful assembly, connecting it to our fiber optic wifi and going through all its updates, we had noticed how laggy and slow to respond it was. Then we tried connecting our phones to it, and that's where the nightmares really begin. Basically, sharing from your phone to this bike's screen it not possible, and is false advertising in my eyes. But, you would think, sharing and connecting issues aside, it would function as a decent exercise bike. I have had it literally reset during my workoput, while i was not watching its failure of a screen, I was watching my phone (cause that's how you use this bike) I look up and its at the login screen. It routinely freezes up, the chart function usually doesn't work, and they DO want you to subscribe for more failure content and features. The entire idea is a scam, and this product is one of my biggest regrets as a major purchase ever. You should not get frustrated by the machine you use every single time you climb on it. PS: they want well over $500 to return it to the company.
I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We purchased a treadmill. 3 months in and the screen dies. They sent replacement parts and the boxes are completely destroyed. Not surprisingly, we opened the boxes and the screen and console are both cracked with pieces rattling around and falling out. I requested a return as I do not trust the company and it was rejected. I paid good money for this treadmill and am not able to use it. You would think that the replacement parts would come and actually be usable! I want everyone to know so that you aren't taken advantage of like I am. They also want you to take the machine apart before sending replacement parts to help diagnose the issue. Is everyone handy and able to do this? Isn't that their job? Is it too much to ask that you can use what you pay for?
Cannot check pulse on handlebar (which is very inaccurate, like not even close), cannot grab a bottle of water without my feet hitting the front plastic (I'm 6'1") let alone touch screen - I have to lean forward as I'm working out, total disaster. The treadmill uses a cheap Android tablet with not even Plex support (they won't add, and it cannot be done in any way manually). Extremely slow. Awful design. Takes forever just to start the exercise.
