Solo is such a SCAM!!! Stay far away as a lender. I have 2 loans that I lended out, both which are overdue by approximately 70 days. If you as a borrower pay late, Solo charges us, the lender, a recovery fee!! Then they send emails claiming my borrower is having issues with their debit card but never got it resolved. I reached out on October 7th for an update (I have all screenshots of communication) First, they couldn't even get my borrower's name right. Secondly, they said for both my overdue loans, all they have done is given my borrowers each ONE phone call and ONE text. Absolutely insane. In the end, the only one that makes money in Solo! I have also borrowed on the app, and experienced the scam myself. I paid my loan back on time, it was withdrew from my bank and completed, yet Solo had it marked as "overdue, not paid back" (so they could take a fee from my lender) I had to go on chat support with proof of my bank statement to show it was paid for them to fix it. I can't say it enough, stay FAR FAR away from this app. They are SUCH a scam. And if I ever receive my money back (LOL) I will update the review and admit I was wrong, but I am 100% certain it will never happen, this app is such a scam!
