Not delivering funds

Company having an issue with actually sending funds after requested. I have spoken with support multiple times and they keep saying “it’s not you it’s us. Sorry our engineers are aware of the issue.” But they aren’t actually doing anything to get the funds to people who have already done the instant transfer. stay far far far away.
