I have yet to receive my funds from you guys even tho it says funded on your end. I thought it was my bank but it’s not. So I’ve got supposedly funded from your app and now have to pay what was supposedly funded back in a couple days. Very dissatisfied and very little communication when I try to get in contact with you guys 3-4 times.
If I could give them negative 10 stars I would. Terrible communication and customer service. I've been sending multiple emails to check on my loan status. I requested an instant deposit loan yesterday but haven't received the funds yet. The website still shows the countdown for the payment to be deducted from my checking account. It indicates my account has been funded, but there's nothing in my account. A representative submitted a ticket about this yesterday, but I haven't received any response. Contacting this company is very difficult. I strongly feel there may be some fraudulent activity involving my name.
