Review Time
I've been trying to contact the company for nearly 2 days now because I can't update my card information in the app, I'm instructed to contact customer support which has yet to answer a single email. Frustrating, because I have funds in my wallet but can't use them for the emergency I requested them for.
Overall, good experience. But as a new user was not super clear when our loan was approved, the only reason I knew is when I got the reminder email that it was going to expire. So maybe make that more clear to customers? Or send some sort of notification? I looked at the app repeatedly and it was again not clear.
