I wasn’t sure about signing up with Josh as I have been been other PT’s and it became more of a social then a workout, SWFC and Josh is different the accountability help and support it completely different. It’s one to one not just a generic plan he focuses on your need’s and stick with you and the results speak for themselves.

I have tried all kinds of diets and training and it wasn’t until i met Joshua when he told me i had been doing it all wrong. Not eating enough protein and doing the wrong exercises. He’s the best coach, always on standby when you need him. Really good advice on nutrition and support for training.
