My first time ordering on here and its very difficult to return something, especially for the price you are paying. You have to pay for your own returns which is fine but you are told to wait up to 28 days.. I am now over that time limit of returns and no one is replying to my emails and I still have no refund?
Now reading these reviews I see many people have had the same ongoing issue which is horrific for a business.
AVOID THIS! The quality is terrible and the sizing is absurd. I returned the item, and it was received in exactly 14 days. However, I was informed that I am one day past the return window and was only offered a credit voucher. Save your money; I don't want their poor-quality clothing.
I was charged a significant amount for a subscription order that I did not mean to sign up for with a one-time purchase. There was no option to cancel the subscription or receive a refund. I will not order again. Exercise caution when ordering, as it seems designed to catch you into paying for something you don't want.
This has been the worst online shopping experience! I ordered several items without issues elsewhere, but this company claimed hygiene issues with untried bikinis. They refused my refund and wanted me to pay for return postage. My total order was significant, and I’m considering legal action due to their poor service.
I received a three-piece outfit. The skirt was so short I couldn't wear it and I didn't try the other pieces. I returned it the next day, but they claimed the bodysuit had hygiene marks, which is impossible since I didn't try it on. It seems they're doing this frequently based on other reviews!
