I would rate my experience with this service as less than one star. My 16-year-old daughter ordered a gift for a close friend in November 2025 for Christmas. It was very important to her to purchase this gift with her own money. Their website claims they ship within a few days. I reached out to inquire about our order in mid-December. Initially, they were quite responsive and informed me of an issue. They stated, “Upon reviewing your order, we noticed that the shipping address provided is in a remote area that is currently inaccessible for delivery. This is the reason your order has not yet been shipped.” However, we live in a major city and receive mail through all the usual carriers - USPS, FedEx, UPS. They have since stopped responding to my emails and have not refunded my payment of over $100. This company appears to be a scam, and I would strongly advise against ordering from them. We plan to open a dispute with our bank tomorrow. Thank you very much for this experience.
