I have nothing but positive remarks about the service I received from Sound Medical. Dane was effient in assisting me with a battery for my scooter which I had not been able to find since during the pandemic. The scooter was working great but the clamp on the Telescopic Tiller broke. I calld him again and he had me one delivered immediately. He game me instructions and I wasable to get a frient to put it on. Mu scooter works beautifully now. Noone in El Paso works on Solax Transport Scooters. Dane is my go to person for issues. I would encourage anyone seeking scooter assistance to calll Sound Medical. They will treat you right!!!
