Very poor communication, difficult to contact. Did not send a tracking number and did not notify me when item was returned to sender. Did not respond to emails, had to call multiple times per week over the course of two weeks for them to actually pick up. They sent the item to the wrong address, then tried to cover it up. Employees were courteous, but manager was rude. Refused to pay for re-postage of the item until I threatened a chargeback. Overall a very poor experience, I would avoid if you plan on having the item posted instead of picking it up.
Absolutely shocked at the rudeness and unprofessional nature of this so called business. My husband and I are good customers of these weekly auctions but our selling experience has been terrible. They lost an item that they were to sell for us and when we tried to follow up on it we were met with a hostile and arrogant response from the Director, Ross Graham. Apparently we are to blame for them losing said item because a) we don't have a photo of it and b) they wouldn't sell fire items in the summer months. Which is a curious comment considering their last auction contained Christmas items! Horrific company to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

**Beware of South Dublin Auctions** I purchased three items of jewellery on 17/12/23 through the EasyLive platform, paying in full immediately. Despite numerous requests for postage, I experienced significant delays and unprofessional rude communication. After being told there would be no shipping for that auction, I faced rude responses from an unnamed manager. It wasn't until 08/02/24 that I was informed one piece was lost, with the other two pieces to be posted. I provided my IBAN for a refund on 10/02/24. Despite multiple follow-ups, as of 16/07/24, I have not received my refund. All my attempts to resolve this issue have been ignored. I have contacted the ombudsman and urge potential buyers to be cautious. EasyLive platform hosts this company but does not take responsibility for their actions. Ensure you are fully aware of whom you are dealing with before making any purchases.
Put up for sale some items through them and followed up online at the auction date. When collecting my cheque (as they wouldn't post it) to only fInd out one of the item wasn't sold, even if their website mention sold, showed them the screenshot that I took, they told me it was a mistake, I requested the item back, they already put it for sale under their name, as it was past the 2 weeks collection time policy (which was true since I thought it was sold as stated on their website). Seems like a scam and advise you to not do any business with them since they can't be trusted.
