Review Time
Order a circuit board for my Goodman HVAC. The shipping time to recieve part was 3 to 5 business days. I ordered the part on 1/20/26 it is now the end of the day on 1/29/26 and still not received the part. I called three days ago and got no answer so I left a message about the issue ask for them to reply the next day I still haven't heard back from them so I called another number I found on line for them. Talked to individual said for me to text him and he will send me a tracking number. After he sent me a tracking number I look up the part and it's been not moving anywhere since 1/24/26. The day I sent a text back stating what I found out on the tracking number saying the part not showing that it's on the way to my location and feel that they should start processing a refund because it's way past due and to go elsewhere to fix my heater. No response so I called again talked to individual that had before and he said I would have send a email to do a refund. Sent email the response I get is I have send part back before they will do a refund. My reply was but you want me to pay for an item that I haven't received. Thier response still the same have to return part to get refund. They are difficult to communicate with and looks like I'm not going to recieve a part and not get a refund.

Needed a control board for an older furnace. Willards showed they had it in stock. Price was very fair. It was shipped immediately and I received it in a day or 2. The board was new and probably rare for how old the furnace was. I turned off the breaker for the heater and installed Willards Board. The furnace roared to life just like new. Thankyou Willards Supply for having new old stock reliable boards
Willards provided me with excellent customer service! We had a small issue with delivery from UPS but with conversation with the UPS office and additional help from Willard's, we received the part we needed to get our heating system up and running before another cold front came. We were able to get our service tech out as soon as part arrived and are now nice and warm. We had been without central heat since mid December because the part we needed was out of stock from the manufacturer. Thankfully Willards had the part and it was amazing to deal with them. I look forward to working with them again, should I need any parts in the future! They are great! Thank you! P.S. Keep the $5 and pass it forward.
