She stated that they only perform the procedure 'without numbing' unless I opted for a surgical option costing around €600. The entire interaction lasted just a couple of minutes, with no acknowledgment of the misinformation provided earlier, no accountability, and no offer to refund my €85, despite the service I sought not being rendered. This is neither fair nor professional. I left feeling disheartened and frustrated after wasting both time and money. A clinic should apologize, refund the fee, and ensure clear, honest communication prior to a patient making such a long journey.
