Scammers and fraudsters

The service is absolutely appalling. I received what were supposed to be skinny chinos, but they looked nothing like what was advertised. The pants were baggy and made from cheap material. They refused to issue a full refund, and the representative I dealt with was unhelpful and unprofessional. Avoid this website at all costs; they claim to be a family-run Australian business, but they are simply scammers profiting from low-quality products. The warehouse is located overseas, which is evident from the cheap materials used. Do not buy from them!

Fraudulent practices

This is one big scam. The items are nowhere near the description, and customer service is nearly nonexistent. They only offered 20% of the cost for clothes that are essentially unwearable—just expensive rags in the end.

Bad customer service

Wouldn't buy ask customer service to fix a smilpe problem with a address error please immediately put right address couldn't understand a simple fix out of pocket of $120.00 bucks so willing to lose money an have customer steal it wouldn't buy I even gave them a screenshot of correct address still refused to notice it

Items were nothing like the photos Missing most of the outfitWas pictured as a waistcoat with leather suspenders making it look like a very cool outfit for a cowboy theme When it arrived all the leather part of it didn’t exist and it looked significantly cheap and nothing like the photos They were terrible with after sales and simply blamed it to lighting …!?! Do not use Nothing positive They also claim to be Australian owned but it’s all working out of China hence they try to get you to keep the items blaming expensive postage as the reason you should keep Avoid avoid avoid

Poor sizing and returns policy

The loafer shoes took a long time to arrive. Although I measured my feet as they suggested, the shoes were way too small when they arrived. The cost to return them was $38 by post. The company says they are an Australian family but the return is to China, at the buyers cost. The whole experience is so bad compared to most other companies.
