Review Time
Registered for Morrisons groceries as we are getting fed up of no stock at Tescos.
First problem we run into is you cant put payment details in. Second problem is that they don't take Natwest bank payments of any kind. Third problem is that there customer service has to escalate everything all whilst given a two hour time limit of organising a delivery. Well done Morrisons, you lost a customer. I had to cancel the order and close my account as it was not fit for purpose. Unbelievable and I need someone to reassure me that we are in the 21st century aren't we, but maybe not Morrisons!!!!!
Went to morrisons daily in rugeley on coppice road, bought a pack of fag's for £15 something pence 2 days ago. Went today and charged me £17 for a pack of fag's. They dont show you how much it costs on the till they just type in the amount on the card reader so you don't actually know the exact price for what your paying for, they dont offer a receipt either. You go and buy something one day and they decide to charge you more for the products. Delivery from morrisons in rugeley town is awful also, they never get the right products and dont offer a substitute, delivery drivers either take food out your bags and items are missing, or delivery takes over an hour, when I could of walked to the town and back by that time, unfortunately for some people they dont have the accessibility to "walk" to the town and solely rely on these services, which is disgusting considering they charge you more for the items on the app but cheaper in store. DONT GO TO MORRISONS DAILY ON THE PEAR TREE, DONT ORDER FROM UBER THRY ROB YOU
Ordered online with Morrisons since my husbands first stroke in 2019. On 2nd Feb I couldn’t access to alter my order, so I left it a day, still couldn’t so I contacted customer service, to be told there was a ‘glitch’, leave it for 48 hours. They said I would get my delivery that week, which I did. Then on the 7th Feb, I received an email saying to resolve the issue they had cancelled my future orders and my delivery pass, they would be in touch within 48 hours. Absolutely nothing since. I’ve phoned customer services several times to be told leave it and try again in 48 hours.
I don’t want to change to another supermarket, I’ve never had a problem before but it’s two weeks tomorrow so if I hear nothing, I will have to. Then offer of a free pass means nothing when you can’t order. So disappointed in them.
While the delivery itself is satisfactory, the individuals selecting the orders appear indifferent to providing the correct items or completing the full order. The substitutions are often far from what was requested. The situation during the holiday season was particularly disappointing, as a significant portion of the meat I ordered was not included.
I placed an order for express delivery, and it indicated that my shipment was delivered when it wasn't. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but they informed me that they could only escalate the issue since they rely on a third party, which isn't their responsibility. Now on day five of waiting for any communication from them, I called again, and they mentioned a refund would be issued due to my loyalty as a customer, yet no apologies were offered.

Just received my notice of delivery and half my order is unavailable!
3 for £10 on fish fillets, one haddock, one cod, one smoked whitefish, no cod and no smoked whitefish so they substitute with more haddock!
Why would I need that much haddock?
Frozen 5% mince repalced with 10% mince!
Nairns oatcakes replaced with sourdough flatbreads, not even made with oats!
Pigs in blankets flavoured crisps unavailable...it's christmas Morrisons expect sales to be higher.
Steak and onion flavour replaced with salt and vinegar!
Back to their useless worst!
Had enough of their ineptitude, delivery booked for 10-11am and told it isn't going to be with me until 1104-1134, so cancelled my delivery pass and this will be my last order with them.
Wow time has now gone out to 1128-1148!
Just in the time window my ASDA delivery is due.

When order arrived the goods looked like they had been chucked in the basket.
A twelve pack of Actimel drinks was loose in the basket out of its cardboard sleeve and then when I went to put them in the fridge I found one of the twelve was missing.
So to summarise, multiple items missing and replaced by unsuitable subs, late delivery and an item missing from one of the things that did turn up.
Morrisons have let themselves down big time.

What is going on at Morrison's these days ??......... we used to use them a lot until a few years ago but now only in desperation of when passing like yesterday when so many items had no price on them like a huge mountain of tubs of various chocolates etc ..... They now seem so expensive these days ( even compared to Sainsbury's who seem to be making some sort of effort ) ....... They had 500g Pedigree dog biscuits at £2.50 which have been just £1.00 for years at Poundland and Baileys Irish Cream at £14 which is £10 at Sainsbury's etc ........ no wonder the large store was very quiet and so many other reviews on this site are so poor and they dont even bother to respond ....... We remember a few years ago when Morrisons top man announced they " would compete with the discounters head on " !!! ..... what a joke that was .........
