Review Time
It was a terrible experience; it took two hours to hang the tv; they didn’t know what they were doing; they put eight extra drill holes in our wall, the tv almost fell off the mounting and our son, who is an expert in installing tv’s had to fix what they messed up after they left. Very disappointed and we will be informing LG of the issues we had with their “free” installation.
Terrible assembling services. It's apparent by viewing several of the higher ranking reviews that the reviews surround cleaning, sadly can't say the same for assembling b/c this company must not have the manpower to assemble furniture. I purchased a bookshelf for my home office on 10/23/2025 through the PX Shopmyexchange online shopping; to include, paid for assembly of the bookshelf. First issue, the bookshelf was delivered by the actual company, therefore instead of expecting the bookshelf to be assembled soon as it was delivered, I had to telephoned the PX shopmyexchange to inquire about the assembly. That was when I was informed that the assembly was separate and contracted via "Handy.' The telephone rep assured me she submitted a reminder to Handy for someone to come out to assemble my bookshelf; unfortunately it wasn't until a week later when I finally received an email to notify me that an appointment has been set for Nov 3rd another week later- Second issue. Now, it was going to be an additional week for someone to be available to arrive to assemble my office bookshelf. By this time it had already gone on 1-1/2 weeks w/o anyone arriving to assemble my bookshelf- I said never mind, just cancel my handy booking and just refund my money, I'll seek assistance for assembly elsewhere. Heck, had I could've telephone Home depot for assembling services and would've received a much quicker response. What bothers me the most about company(s) like this is, everyone wants to go into business for themselves, and everyone see dollars signs when they're able to contract with the government but, just b/c someone or a company has contracted w/the government - it doesn't mean the company provides "A+" customer service.
Edgar did not use the hardware included in the mount package, instead he used 2 threaded screws on a surface that didn’t have a hole nor was it threaded. One screw got loose as soon as I moved it,30 minutes after he left. Now the tv hangs low on one side. A day later No response from him or anyone from handy!!!
