Windows were fitted well and finished to a really good standard. We were very happy, at the start…The doors from the suppliers however weren’t quality checked. After being told a new door/glass with a month or two, it took took more than 6 months to sort a new replacement back door! After a new slab finally arrived and messaging SY Windows multiple times to ask when our remaining issues would be sorted we were blocked from being able to contact them on Facebook or on Dom’s phone. Not what you expect after spending just short of £6k.We were later told this was because they were fed up of us messaging but mainly to stop any negative reviews on their page.We understood that our issue was partly the supplier, but this company lacks professionalism when dealing with issues, and communicating. Even with patient customers! Ryan eventually came back and replaced to the door for us and apologised for their behaviour. After promising to sort a proper receipt, guarantee and certificates out were once again ignored. At the start we were told we would receive Certass certificates for the windows (these are useful when selling you house). After contacting Certass directly to try and receive these we were told SYW are NOT REGISTERED so cannot provide us with any.Although our fitting was a brilliant standard, the follow up service and lack of guarantee is very disappointing
