I ordered two round cheeseboards with a buy one, get one free promotion. I placed the order on Monday, and they arrived on Thursday. I am truly impressed by the quality; they are heavy, beautifully designed, and have a flawless finish. This is the best value I've found this year!
I ordered two personalized cheeseboards and paid extra for express shipping. A tracking number was provided, but the postal service has no record of receiving the packages. I contacted them, and it appears to be a common tactic to issue tracking numbers without actually sending items. They haven't replied to my emails. If I don't receive anything by Monday, I'll have to report fraud to my credit card company. I wish I had done more research before ordering!
The order arrived quickly, but the quality is disappointing. The two cheeseboards have defects like scratches and dents, along with what seems to be excess glue. Quality control appears to be lacking. I've reached out via email and social media but haven't received a solution yet. These are intended as Christmas gifts, so I hope to hear back soon.
We received our boards from the two-for-one offer, only to find they were labeled 'Made in China.' I found the same product on a well-known Chinese website for half the price. I feel deceived, as it seemed like a UK company. They appear to be importing products and marking up the prices. On the plus side, the products arrived quickly.
it's been two months, tracking is all over the place, but they haven't made it anywhere close to my house. My repeated attempts to get a refund are met with words and no action. I am $279.95 out of pocket and no christmas presents. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
